TPR Factory Cylinder 100 FL Minarelli AM6 C.47 B.14

The TPR Factory 100cc FL cylinder for Minarelli AM6 is one of the most advanced kits on the market, designed exclusively for extreme competition setups. This model uses FL (Fast Line) mounting, with external studs that improve the structural rigidity and cooling of the assembly.

Made of high-quality aluminum with Nikasil coating, it features a diameter of 52 mm and is optimized to work with long-stroke crankshafts of 47 mm and connecting rods of 98 mm. The included piston uses a 14 mm pin, ensuring greater resistance at high revolutions. Its internal architecture is developed to maximize filling and gas flow, allowing for exceptional performance in engines over 90 cc.

It includes a modular cylinder head (in two pieces) for better thermal management and adjustable compression, as well as a piston, rings, pin, clips, and complete gasket set, ready for assembly.

Thanks to its specific design, this cylinder must be mounted on a compatible FL crankcase, such as the TPR Factory FL, with which it fits perfectly both structurally and in the alignment of transfers. This makes it the ideal base for competition AM6 engines, whether for sprint, bench, or endurance.
