Carter TPR Factory Minarelli AM6 Cylinders FL

The TPR Factory FL crankcase for Minarelli AM6 is a high-performance base developed by Top Performances Racing, specially designed for engines equipped with 100cc FL (Fast Line) type cylinders. It is made of cast aluminum and CNC machined, ensuring a robust and lightweight structure (approx. 3.8 kg), ideal for withstanding extreme competition preparations.

This crankcase is designed to work with 52 mm diameter cylinders, external studs (FL), and 47 mm stroke crankshafts with a 98 mm connecting rod, without the need for additional machining. The intake has been completely redesigned to allow the installation of high-volume reed boxes, such as those of the Banshee type, thus optimizing the mixture flow and cylinder filling.

Additionally, it maintains compatibility with internal components of the original AM6 engine, such as the gearbox, clutch, and ignition, allowing for easier installation without compromising performance.

This crankcase is perfect for high-level configurations, where maximum reliability, structural rigidity, and suction efficiency are required. Thanks to its internal reinforcements, it withstands intensive use in engines over 90 cc without deformation.
