PRODUCTS FOR SALE
The products are for sale on the website; the buyer must pay the full price before shipping and acquires them at their own risk.
Except for cash on delivery shipping. In this case, the amount will be paid at the time of delivery.
All information about the products is available on the website, each product will include details about its characteristics.
Shipping times, as indicated, are estimated times and under no circumstances contractual. We cannot control transportation, which may be subject to delays due to weather, season, lack of carriers, etc. In 98% of cases, there are usually no delays, but they can still occur.
Orders usually have a preparation time of between 24 and 48 hours, we try to have the majority of orders in stock (currently 92%) and placed before 5 pm on the same day, leave our facilities on the same day.
In case the order is expected to be delayed more than the normal 24 - 72 hours, and the product does not have a fixed estimated delivery, you will receive a notification from us to inform you.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. From that moment, you will receive it within a period of 24 - 48 hours (peninsula).
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND RETURNS
The buyer will have 30 calendar days to return the product, counted from the day it was delivered, after that period, no refund will be made.
The buyer must notify, within the indicated period, their intention to return the product, by writing their intention to the email hola@unbraked.es, along with the reason for the return and photos if relevant.
Once Unbraked Motor Parts responds to the email sent, the buyer will proceed to send the product. For the return, the product and the original packaging must be in perfect condition for resale, without signs of use or assembly, and must be returned within the specified period.
The transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer, and it must always be prepaid. Upon receipt, it will be verified that the product has arrived in the same condition as when it was first dispatched. After confirming that it is free of defects and complete, a refund, exchange, or credit will be issued. In the event that the product is not returned in the same condition, the return will not be accepted. If the defect in the product is a result of improper handling by the buyer, including failure to follow the indicated storage conditions, a refund will not be issued. All claims for breakage or malfunction must be accompanied by proof that they have been assembled by an accredited workshop or professional. If the merchandise arrives damaged due to transportation, you must notify us within 24 hours; otherwise, no claims can be made. Upon receiving the product in our warehouses and verifying its condition, a refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. *No returns or exchanges of electrical materials are accepted, as these may be caused by mishandling by the customer. *Returns or exchanges of sanitary materials, such as protective masks, are not accepted due to public health reasons.
*Once informed of the desire to return, you will have a maximum period of 14 days to return it to our facilities. Otherwise, the request will be closed.
*For some high-value products, such as Akrapovic or Arrow brand products, a return management fee of 3% will be applied. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.
WARRANTY OF MOTOR PRODUCTS
Certain vehicles that we sell are motorized and considered off-road or for competition. These vehicles are not approved for road use and are considered solely for sports or competition use, and therefore are excluded from the Consumer Goods Act.
Unbraked Motor Parts SLU, directly manages with the manufacturer the warranties of the products for acceptance or exclusion and makes every effort to resolve issues with products purchased by our customers.
Our motor items are delivered assembled between 60% and 80%. You must finish assembling and inspect the item before using it.
We recommend that this assembly and inspection be carried out by a professional and accredited workshop. Otherwise, any warranty claim will be excluded.
The possible damages that may result from misuse, mishandling, unprofessional installation, or malfunctions such as short circuits are excluded. The warranty will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as voltage surges or drops, use of accessories inappropriate or prohibited by the manufacturers, drops, water, fire, or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers. Consumable products are exempt from warranty unless a clear production failure is noticed before assembly (such as brake pads, tires, clutches, spark plugs, handles, etc.). **SHIPMENTS** Shipments will be made exclusively to European Union countries, through companies like Correos Express or other similar agencies. Delivery times are only an estimate, as we cannot control the transport companies. In no case are these delivery times contractual. The buyer must provide the destination address as specific as possible and with the most details. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information. Therefore, if the product does not reach its true destination due to an error in the address provided by the buyer, no changes or returns will be made, and no administrative arrangements will be made to correct the address.
If the error in the shipping data is attributable to Unbraked Motor Parts, all necessary actions will be taken to ensure that the product reaches the buyer at no additional cost.
If the buyer wishes to have the shipment delivered to a location other than the one previously indicated, they must send an email to hola@unbraked.es in order to verify the conditions and cost of the shipment.
