Variator Polini T-Max 500 Evolution 3 2001-2011. Polini presents this evolution of the variator for T-Max, the Evolution 3 with 12 rollers of 25x11mm; thanks to this variator you will obtain a great improvement in the performance that your Yamaha offers. The new pin is made of a nickel and chromium steel alloy, offering a low friction coefficient, in addition, this pin allows the distribution of grease thanks to its internal spring that does its job even in difficult conditions.

The roller tracks have a treatment to improve their sliding, in addition, the rollers are made of nylon and aramid, increasing their durability. Thanks to all this, we are facing a great variator with which we can obtain the maximum performance from our engine. This variator kit includes variator pulley, roller ramp, and clutch spring with a torsion spring guide that prevents deformation and increases the durability of the spring.
It includes two sets of 12 rollers of 25x11mm weighing 8.3 and 7.5 grams.
