Polini Hi-Speed Variator for Piaggio Vespa 125. The Polini Hi-Speed is one of the highest performance variators available on the market. Its construction has been optimized to fully utilize the engine power, achieving greater acceleration and slightly higher top speed than the stock variator. The roller ramp has been polished, improving their movement. The pin has an inner spring that allows better grease distribution in any situation. It includes a spring that is 7% harder than the original, increasing the revolutions during take-offs.

Polini variators are renowned for their quality construction, reducing friction and wear. It includes two sets of rollers, made of nylon and aramid fibers, weighing 9 and 13.5 grams with a size of 19x17.
