Variator Kymco AK 550 Polini Hi-Speed

The new HI-SPEED variator for Polini for AK 550. Polini has worked hard to develop a high-quality variator for the most powerful maxiscooter from the Kymco brand. It is a technological masterpiece with the feature of an extraordinary patented lubrication system, capable of offering impressive performance and features, without sacrificing maximum reliability.
The variator is designed with different degrees of inclination that allow for increased belt travel.
The contrast spring is 10% harder.
Just by installing it, you will notice an incredible acceleration and reach the maximum speed much sooner.
Inside the pin, grease is placed that acts as a reservoir, which self-lubricates the variator directly to prevent seizing, even in the most challenging conditions of use.
The interior of the roller tracks has been treated and polished to improve sliding.
The set of rollers supplied in the kit is 25x15mm and 14g.
