Secondary Gears Zip / Quartz Z 15-39 d.18 Polini. The Polini secondary gears allow us to vary the way we transmit the torque to the wheel. The combination of 15 and 39 teeth allows us to achieve a higher top speed on our scooter without the need to rev the engine too much, resulting in lower temperatures and lower fuel consumption.
It's worth noting that by adding a longer gear ratio, the bike will have lower RPMs at all times, affecting acceleration.
