Primary transmission Minarelli Horizontal long case 14/42 Malossi. Malossi introduces its new set of primary gears with a THIRD SUPPORT, specifically designed to enhance transmission performance in Minarelli-Yamaha engines. Addressing the needs and feedback from riders, Malossi's technicians have focused on solving the problem of vibrations and oscillations of the primary shaft caused by high RPM.
To overcome this issue, the primary gear shaft has been lengthened to be housed in a bearing mounted on the original engine cover. This modification prevents the shaft from bending, ensuring the proper operation of the CVT system. The installation of the bearing support on the original crankcase cover is simple and requires only two easy steps (see assembly instructions).
