Minarelli long case transmission kit Malossi MHR overrange aluminum. The main element of this kit is the oversized Malossi Multivar variator along with two sets of rollers to adjust the transmission operation according to our own needs and the movable pulley, Torque Driver, made of aluminum, improves heat dissipation and has been subjected to a micro-drilling treatment to increase belt grip.

The interior of the variator has been redesigned to improve transmission balance. The pin has also been revised, chrome-plated and ground, and has undergone a new finishing treatment.

Along with the Malossi Multivar MHR Aluminum variator, the kit includes the fixed half pulley Ventilvar.

It also includes the X K Belt transmission belt, with an extremely reduced section, designed for competition two-stroke scooters, ensuring grip and consistent performance.
