Minarelli crankcase Malossi C-ONE / RC-ONE

The C-One and RC-One engine block equipped together with the new range of products Malossi Testa Rossa is the latest evolution in racing material, replacing the well-known MHR Team 7 Transfer cylinder.
Malossi never ceases to amaze us. It continues to lead in development and innovation in the world of 2-stroke competition scooters. With this latest innovation, it surpasses many of its direct competitors.

This engine block has been developed based on the Piaggio engine, with a special improvement in the intake and interior of the crankcase.

Types of malossi crankcases

C-One crankcase to be equipped with a 70cc cylinder and a 39mm stroke crankshaft.

RC-One crankcase to be equipped with 94-100cc cylinders and a 44 and 47mm stroke crankshaft.
The crankcase kit includes everything shown in the photograph:
Engine block, bearing and seal kit, intake manifold, reed valve block, ignition cover, and wheel shaft.
Regarding the transmission, it must be equipped with the Piaggio transmission (gear ratios, pulleys, variator, and belt)

For this engine block, the long Piaggio variator cover is required, whether from a runner, NRG, or the AIR FORCE variator cover offered by Malossi.

This engine replaces the long-crankcase Minarelli horizontal engines adaptable to bikes such as:
