In the year 1986, with 20 years of accumulated experience, they decided to create AIRSAL and opened a factory 30 kilometers from Barcelona in the town of Martorell. In the early years, they specialized in the manufacture of cylinders for scooters and mopeds, as well as the pistons and cylinder heads that accompany them. After a few years, they expanded to cover the market demand for Maxiscooters and Offroad motorcycles.

Their manufacturing system is proprietary, using only aluminum and the patented Scanimet® inner coating (composed of Nickel and Silicon Carbide).

From the AIRSAL brand, we have a wide catalog of aluminum cylinders for Scooters or Mopeds of 50 cc, or for upgrades to 70 cc. We also have original type cylinders for Maxiscooters with the same performance and quality as the original.
