The Malossi cylinders stand out for their precision and quality in manufacturing, with a Chrome/Nicasil coating that gives them great durability. In addition, their sophisticated cooling system ensures a long lifespan, and their mandrel-bored and reinforced piston, along with optimized combustion chamber, further increases their power. In summary, these are excellent cylinders that require the installation of the original cylinder head cover.

The aluminum cylinder kit with 2 rings and 8 transfers, with a 16mm pin, is ideal for daily use thanks to its high cooling capacity. With a diameter of 65mm and a displacement of 180cc, its high power remains stable throughout the entire RPM range, allowing for very good acceleration and top speed.

Perfect for replacing the original cylinder without the need to modify the crankcases, and can be paired with a reinforced crankshaft and quality bearings capable of withstanding high RPMs.

The Malossi 180cc thermal group includes a cylinder head and carbon reeds, and allows reaching 30hp.
