The 140cc Italkit cylinder for Aprilia RS 125 / Rotax 122, with a 57mm diameter, features an advanced design with redesigned transfer ports and an optimized exhaust venturi to improve engine RPMs and power. Although it maintains the original exhaust valve design, this is not included and the original part must be reused for a simple and efficient integration.

This cylinder comes with a latest-generation biconical pin, a displacement of 139cc, a 57mm diameter, a 54.5mm stroke, a suggested head volume of 12cc, a recommended compression ratio of 12.58:1, and a recommended 1.10mm squish.

The kit includes a 57mm forged piston with molybdenum disulfide coating, two heat-treated steel rings with chrome nitrided friction surface (1mm thickness each), a 140cc transformed aluminum cylinder, a kit of 5 screws 8x30 (7984) and washers for Aprilia-Rotax 123, a valve spacer gasket, and a cylinder gasket kit.
