The Italian manufacturer Malossi offers us the MHR Testa Rossa cylinder for C-ONE Piaggio and Minarelli engines.

The Testa Rossa is based on the MHR Team II, with 7 transfers, a single-segment piston, and a divided exhaust port. It features a modified exhaust port design: a thin wall and a large exhaust area.

The cylinder head is modular and topped with the striking red anodized aluminum cover. Due to its different mounting system, the kit can only be installed on Malossi C-One or RC-One crankcases. The cylinder support is included and allows mounting without any stud passing through the cylinder.
